JackJack Briggs

Jack Briggs has been in the real estate business since 1974, which was when he first received his sales persons license and then a year later, his brokerage license.

He graduated from California State University at Northridge with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Finance. He completed graduate studies at l’Université d’Aix-Marseille in Southern France and has traveled extensively throughout the world.

Jack has worked with hundreds of home owners and buyers throughout his career in Southern California; including the cities of Santa Monica, Malibu, Woodland Hills and Calibasas. His parents built a vacation home here in Twentynine Palms in 1953, and over the decades his family -mother, father, sister, and 3 brothers- has made several trips to the area. When Jack moved here permanently in 2002, he was no stranger to the area.

Jack jumped at the chance to move out of crowded Los Angeles, when he had the opportunity to buy a house in 29 Palms. He met many local Realtors and business people in the area and decided to start his own real estate company specializing in property management, sales, and good service. The result was Plaza Realtors 29 Palms, and the establishment is now a fixture on the south east corner of the 29 Palms Historic Plaza.

Jack is a member and former board member of the 29 Palms Rotary Club, member of the Joshua Tree Gateway Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the 29 Palms Chamber of Commerce, where he was named the 2011 Pillar of the Community.

Steve Bio PicSteve Cruce

Steve has managed to master every aspect of real estate. Prior to becoming a real estate agent Steve served over 25 years in the San Bernardino and San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s departments where he retired. Steve was a successful property developer throughout Southern California and found he was passionate about representing both buyers and sellers, so he decided to focus his energy and attention to detail by representing clients in the buying, selling and renting process of properties.  With his well-rounded experience in all areas of the industry including owning two successful independent escrow companies, Steve prides himself on being a one-stop-shop for buyers, sellers and investors in both residential, commercial and bulk sale properties.

Steve has combined his dedication and experience in making his footprint in various price points of real estate which include high-end luxury, lower income and standard properties. Steve’s ability to listen and understand his client’s needs has allowed him to continuously achieve his client’s goals and expectations. His personable and professional character allows Steve to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. Despite Steve’s busy schedule, he still finds time to give back to his community. He is very passionate about volunteering his time and money to support numerous charities and causes. Steve has spent his adult life between 29 Palms, San Luis Obispo and San Diego, CA. After his time spent in Central California and San Diego, Steve decided to return home and moved back to the high desert to pursue his dream of real estate. Steve has maintained a residence home in 29 Palms for 30+ years where he currently resides full time in the 29 Palms.

Stephanie GandreStephanie Gandre

Stephanie Gandre has been in the real estate industry since 1996, when she entered the mortgage banking arena for 2 years, then went on to spend 16 years in escrow before obtaining her real estate license. She is now the Property Manager and Realtor Associate at Plaza Realtors 29 Palms.

Stephanie has worked with hundreds of home owners, buyer, agents and lenders throughout her career in Southern California, including Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County. She moved to the area in 2004 where she now has a small farm and loves the desert lifestyle.

Stephanie left the fast paced life of Orange County when she had an opportunity to get into escrow in Yucca Valley, where she spent the next 12 years in escrow until 2014 when she came to Plaza Realtors 29 Palms, working in the Property Management division. She went on to obtain her real estate license in June of 2016 and now handles sales as well as the Property Management division of Plaza Realtors 29 Palms. She is a member of the Joshua Tree Gateway Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
